Melissa Moore

Hello! My name is Melissa Moore. I am a Jesus follower, a wife, and homeschooling mom. As a young child, I put my faith in Jesus Christ.  I love science and am fascinated with the history all around us. I studied biology and psychology at William & Mary. My faith has grown despite challenges and difficulties, and also because of them.   I continue to trust Him in all things, with all things, and through all things.  I desire to continue to deepen my relationship with Him for the rest of my days. I need Him daily, to guide me, strengthen me, discipline me, and point me to the blessings he has allowed me to enjoy. My prayer is that my life will point to Him and bring him glory. I desire to share His love and light with all. By teaching, I am able to show how everything good comes from God and points to Him. There is evidence of His love, guidance, and patience if we only seek Him. I love to share my excitement and experiences to draw others to Him. I am happy to be an instrument for His Kingdom. To share in His great work is an honor.  I hope to help each child to see their value and work to their full potential.
