Christiana Pomaville

        Christiana Pomaville is a redheaded follower of Jesus, and she loves all things creative and true. She is a firm believer that God is unimaginably kind and that He makes all things new (she has witnessed His goodness firsthand and loves to tell about it). Christiana enjoys using her gifts of teaching and working with compassion and empathy to help others. She finds delight in working with animals, especially horses. She also has a deep love for the arts, including literature (particularly historical fiction), theater (preferably comedy), and music (preferably good). Christiana also enjoys good food, long sunny days, martial arts, the color rose-gold, and acoustic guitar.

        Christiana graduated from Campbell University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and she has completed several master's classes through Liberty University. She has also gained much experience through jobs such as retail, banking, academic administration, and volunteer work. Christiana loves to help facilitate learning and community, and she looks forward to using her expertise and gifts to do so at Utmost.

Class: Wednesday 9:00 - 10:00 A.M.

This is a 2-subject class hour designed for kindergarten students. Each course description is listed below. Both classes must be registered for as one course, not separately.

 Combined tuition which covers both classes is: 

$50/month for 9 months

**Tuition will be reduced by $5/month when the minimum of 5 students is reached. If fewer than 5 students register for the class, you will be notified in early August. Classes of fewer than 5 students may still be offered, but are not guaranteed.

What is Writing?

Course Description: 

Writing—though it may seem commonplace, the skill of writing is important for many facets of life, including helping the student understand and translate ideas that impact themselves, the people around them, and future generations. 

This writing class helps students Grades K – 2 learn the following writing skills:

Prerequisites: None

Required Texts: Notebook (preferably wide-ruled)

What is Music?

Course Description: 

Music is a universal language impacting cultures far and wide for millennia, it stretches numerous genres, and the songs created through music are too many to count. Even though music is such a big concept, it can be enjoyed and learned by everyone regardless of skill level. To be able to learn or appreciate music involves a mix of enjoyment and skill. This class is here to help!

This music class will help students learn the following:
